The IT Business Support certificate provides an introductory foundation of all areas of Information Technology. Coursework includes development of a student’s ability to create, store, communicate, exchange and use information to solve technical issues related to information support and services, programming and software development.

Graduates will be prepared to further their studies in information technology or qualify for employment in the technology sector as entry-level help desk or technical support agents.

Students completing this program will be prepared for multiple industry certification exams including MOS (Word,Excel, PowerPoint).
