Sustainable Vegetable Production Certificate (C15410V)

The Sustainable Vegetable Production Certificate is a 12 credit hour certificate that focuses on the sustainable and organic production of vegetables.  This certificate would prepare students for entry level positions in the field as well as prepare future producers to grow and produce their own vegetables.
